Belly Pics
Here are my 6 week and 15 week belly pics. Not obvious to the world yet but a definite change. Only 2lbs gained since getting PG according to my November weigh-in at my doc appt. I dont check in between appointments either.
I'm happy with the weight gain. I'm already heavy so I shouldnt gain more than 15-20 lbs total for my health. I hope to maintain this pace thru the pregnancy..
I can definitely see the change, Ruby!!! So exciting!!! :) Do you have your "big reveal" ultrasound scheduled yet? I feel so out of the loop now that I'm not in the pgcy thread anymore... glad you have a blog so I can keep up with you!
Yep our ultrasound is on December 18th but we decided to go Team Green! At least for our first baby we'll go Team Green but maybe for future babies we'll find out. DH was really not on board with finding out so his opinion swayed mine back. Its funny...before getting PG, I was adamant we wouldnt find out until delivery. After getting PG, I was on the fence, lol!
I miss you in the PG thread but so happy to see updates about Miss Eliza and mommyhood. I'm enjoying every minute of this pregnancy but cant wait to be there too!
I like...quoting lyrics, the number 5, getting lost in a book, watching people interact, jewelry and other shiny objects, red wine, newborn babies, dancing, anything red, true talent, the rain, the change of the seasons, frost on the trees, watching my husband sleep, and words.
I'm a lot of things...woman, wife, daughter, American, counselor, teacher, friend, musician, human.
"Wherever a man may happen to turn, whatever a man may undertake, he will always end up by returning to the path which nature has marked out for him."~Goethe
It must be starting to feel more real now that you are seeing and feeling the changes in your body.
ReplyDeleteI think the 2 lbs. sounds pretty normal. I think you are supposed to gain most of the weight in the third trimester.
Yes definitely more real for sure!!
